Mailings in MVP Project

Bot mailings are one of the main tools for working with channels. Let’s see how to create and manage mailings in MVP Project.

Mailing list management

The following functions are available on the ” Newsletters” section page:

• Add Newsletter: click“Add Newsletter” to create a new message.
• Statistics: Click “Statistics” to get data on the effectiveness of mailings. In the statistics you can track:
  • Newsletter title
  • Number of mailings
  • Number of messages sent
  • Number of unsubscribes
  • Conversion rate
  • Percentage of messages delivered
  • Number of responses
• Manage ready-made newsletters: modify, delete or copy newsletters on the main page with the corresponding buttons.

Instructions for adding a newsletter

1. Select a name: Set a name for the newsletter.
2. Binding type: choose between Channel and Telegram app.
3. Type of mailing:
   • One-time mailing: sending a message to all subscribers at a selected time.
   • System one-time mailing: sending based on user status (e.g. registration).
   • System mailing: automatic sending at certain events (registration, deposit).
   • Schedule: set up sending for specific days and times.
4. Code: specify the code word for the feedback from the lead.
5. Newsletter text: enter the text of the message.
6. Buttons: add buttons with commands and links.
7. Media: attach photos or videos.
8. Channel selection: select which channel the mailing will be sent to.
