MVP Project’s newsletter automation allows you to save time and increase conversions by sending messages based on customer status and actions. This helps you maintain effective communication and engage leads in a timely manner.
How to set up mailing by lead statuses
- Selecting a status to send: In the newsletter settings, you can select one of the lead statuses:
- Just signed up
- Signed off
- I made the registration
- Made a deposit
- Create a new newsletter: Go to “Newsletters” and click on the button “Add Newsletter.”. When adding a mailing, select the type: “System” (automatic sending on an ongoing basis) or “One-time system” (for one-time sending). This will allow you to customize the events that will trigger the sending of messages.
- Performance Tracking: All mailing data, including the number of messages sent, delivered and undelivered, is displayed in the “Mailing Statistics” section. “Newsletter Statistics” section. Analyze performance and optimize your mailings.
What types of mailings are available?
- One-time mailing: a message to the entire subscriber base at a selected time.
- System one-time mailing: message by user status.
- System mailing: automatic sending of messages when events occur.
- Schedule: mailing for specific days and times to the entire base.
